CLAT 2025: The Consortium of National Law Universities (NLUs) will close the registration window for the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT 2025) for both undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) tomorrow. Interested candidates who wish to participate in the same can visit the official website i.e. consortiumofnlus.ac.in. to submit the CLAT application form.

According to the official notice, “The Admit Card/Hall ticket can be downloaded by the candidate by logging into his/her account. The exact date on which the hall tickets will be made available will be intimated on the website.” This is conducted for candidates who wish to pursue law at NLUs and other participating universities. 

The candidates may note that they will have to pay application fees to submit the form according to the category i.e. applicants from general, OBC, NRI categories will have to pay an application fee of Rs 4,000 and SC, ST, BPL, and PWD category candidates will have to pay Rs 3,500. The cost of previous years' CLAT question papers is Rs 500.

The offline admission test will be conducted on 1 December 2024 from 2.00 PM to 4.00 PM. The CLAT 2025 exam will be held for 2 hours. The paper will consist of a total of 150 questions. The sections include English, Maths, Logical Reasoning, General Knowledge, and Current Affairs along with Legal Aptitude. 

All admissions to the 5-year integrated Ll.B. and Ll.M. programs that commence in the Academic Year 2025-2026. The candidates may note that to apply for the same, they will have to pay application fees according to the category they belong to i.e. Rs 4000 for all unreserved category candidates and Rs 3500 for SC/ST/PwD/BPL candidates.
