CLAT 2025: The Consortium of National Law Universities recently released a notice regarding a change in the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) 2025 seat reservation category for Maharashtra National Law University (MNLU) Mumbai and Maharashtra National Law University (MNLU) Aurangabad. Both universities have added reservations for undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG), socially and economically backward classes (SEBC). 

According to the official notice, “If any candidate wishes to change the reservation categories, should log in to their CLAT account and click on the edit application button. Go to the reservation tab and under MNLU, Mumbai and MNLU, Aurangabad, for the question – “Do you want to claim state level reservation in Maharashtra?’’, answer – “Yes’’ and select the reservation category you want to claim in the dropdown. Finally, click on the submit button to save changes.”

The candidates may note that interested candidates with a domicile in Maharashtra can also apply and are requested to update their reservation category. Candidates will be able to change their reservation category through their CLAT account. They will have to claim their state-level seat reservation in Maharashtra under the reservation tab available.

The application window for the same is open and will remain open till 15 October 2024. The candidates who wish to participate in the same are advised to submit the application form by the deadline by visiting the official website i.e. consortiumofnlus.ac.in.
