The application process of CLAT 2021 is to commence from tomorrow, January 01, 2021, by the Consortium of National Law Universities, NLU. The application form for the common Law Admission Test (CLAT) 2021 will be available online on the official website, consortiumofnlus.ac.in. 

Aspiring candidates are advised to go through the detailed notification, eligibility criteria, important dates and other details before filing the online application. The application process for the common Law Admission Test (CLAT) 2021 will be commenced from January 01, 2021. All eligible and interested candidates can fill the online applications upto March 31. The CLAT 2021 examination will be held in the offline mode on May 09.

CLAT 2021: UG Eligibility Criteria

- There will be no upper age limit for UG Programme in CLAT 2021.
- As regards the minimum percentage of marks in the qualifying examination (i.e., 10+2 or an equivalent examination), the candidates must have secured;
(i) Forty-five percent (45%) marks or its equivalent grade in case of candidates belonging to General / OBC / PWD / NRI / PIO / OCI categories.
(ii) Forty Percent (40%) marks or equivalent in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST categories.

CLAT 2021: How to fill the application form?

Candidates can follow these simple steps to fill the CLAT 2020 application form;

Step 1: Candidates will be required to visit the official website i.e. consortiumofnlus.ac.in
Step 2: Go through the detailed information brochure such as; important dates, eligibility criteria, application fee, etc.
Step 3: Click on the new registration link and generate user id and password
Step 4: Log in with the generated id and password, fill in the detailed application form and upload necessary documents.
Step 5: Submit the application fee and check the application details thoroughly
Step 6: Candidates are advised to take print of the confirmation page and keep it safe for further use.
