The Consortium of National Law University (NLU) has announced the exam date for the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) 2020. The common law entrance exam will be held on 22nd August 2020. Along with the entrance exam date, the NLU has further extended the application process deadline. All eligible and interested candidates can further apply for the exam upto 10th July 2020. The application forms are available on the official website i.e. consortiumofnlus.ac.in. 

Amid the Coronavirus outbreak and extension of lockdown in India, the Consortium of NLUs has extended the application date as well as exam date for CLAT 2020 third time in a row. The application process was commenced on 1st January 2020 and will conclude on 10th July 2020. Earlier is was scheduled to conclude on 1st July 2020.

CLAT 2020: How to fill the application form?

Candidates can follow these simple steps to fill the CLAT 2020 application form;

Step 1: Candidates will be required to visit the official website i.e. consortiumofnlus.ac.in
Step 2: Go through the detailed information brochure such as; important dates, eligibility criteria, application fee, etc.
Step 3: Click on the new registration link and generate user id and password
Step 4: Log in with the generated id and password, fill in the detailed application form and upload necessary documents.
Step 5: Submit the application fee and check the application details thoroughly
Step 6: Candidates are advised to take print of the confirmation page and keep it safe for further use.
