Recently the National Testing Agency, NTA has issued an official notice stating the revised schedule for the various exams postponed. The decision has been taken in view of the current scenario of lockdown due to COVID-19 pandemic. The disease has taken serious shape in the country due to community spread. All state governments are taking serious actions to curb and control it. 

To prevent transmission of COVID-19, the government has announced the country-wide lockdown till April 14, 2020. Also, the government has advised to maintain social distancing, avoid gatherings and to prevent unnecessary mobilisation. To break the chain of transmission of COVID-19 all state governments are also taking serious actions. 

Many educational institutions and government authorities have postponed various annual exams, entrance exams and competitive exams. The NTA has released an official notification that reads, "In view of the hardships faced by the parents and the students due to COVID-19 epidemic, the National Testing Agency has extended/ revised the dates of submission of Online Application Forms for various Examinations."

NTA has urged parents and students to don't panic and follow the guidelines recommended by the government. Also, the NTA will notify the students about the new dates of exam in ample time. Candidates are advised to keep an eye on the official website for latest updates.
