The Central School of Secondary Education (CBSE) high school and intermediate examinations are proposed on 15 February 2020. The 10th and 12th examinations will run till 30 March. On the other hand, practical examinations will be conducted from 16 January to 15 February. CBSE has also set up a Center for Practical Examination this year to avoid collusion between students and students.
CBSE has decided to evaluate examinations as well as answer sheets. So that the result of the examination can be released within twenty days of the examination. In the last session, CBSE released the result within just 28 days of the exam. The intermediate result was released on May 2 and the high school exam results were released on May 6 in the final session. This year, the target is to release the results within just 20 days of the end of the exam.
Mostly the students take admission in particular courses according to the result. But because the process of admission to universities and colleges starts from March-April and the result is released in May-June, usually the students remain in a dilemma whether to take admission or not.
The CBSE has made a target to release the result by the end of April this year.
