AP TET July 2024: The AP Government, Department of School Education has declared the Andhra Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (AP TET) 2024 July event and registration schedule today. 

 

Eligible candidates interested in participating in the AP TET 2024 can fill the application form by visiting the official website at aptet.apcfss.in, once the registration window is open on 4 July.

 

The AP TET 2024 registration will begin on July 4, with the deadline for submitting applications being July 17. However, the last date to pay the application fee is July 16. The application fee for each paper is Rs 750. Admit cards for AP TET 2024 will be issued starting from July 25.

  • Registration Deadline: July 4 to 17
  • APTET Mock Test: From July 16 onwards
  • AP TET Hall Tickets: From July 25 onwards
  • AP TET Exam Dates: August 5 to 20
    • Shift 1: 9:30 am to 12:00 noon
    • Shift 2: 2:30 pm to 5:00 pm
  • AP TET Answer Key (will be released on completion of each category of posts): From August 10 onwards

AP TET 2024: Passing marks

  • Unreserved Category: 60% and above
  • Backward Classes: 50% and above
  • Scheduled Caste (SC)
  • Scheduled Tribe (ST)
  • Physically Handicapped (PH): 40% and above

 

AP TET 2024: Exam pattern

  • Duration: 2 hours 30 minutes
  • Total Questions: 150 Multiple-choice questions (MCQs)

Paper 1

  • Sections: Child Development and Pedagogy, Language 1, English, Mathematics, and Environmental Studies
  • Number of Questions per Section: 30 questions each

Paper 2

  • Sections: Child Development and Pedagogy, Language 1, English, and Subjects related to the elected stream
  • Number of Questions:
    • Child Development and Pedagogy: 30 questions
    • Language 1: 30 questions
    • English: 30 questions
    • Subjects related to elected stream: 60 questions
