Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the reserve list for the Combined Medical Service Exam. The Commission has uploaded the list on its official website, upsc.gov.in.

Earlier the UPSC released the final result and marks of the candidates who have appeared for the written examination of Combined Medical Service held by UPSC on January 25, 2019. Now the commission has released the reserve list for the same. Those who have appeared for the exam can download the reserve list from the official website.

The online application for CMS was commenced from May 02, 2018, to May 25, 2018, for 454 vacant posts of Assistant Medical Officer in Railways and Ordinance Factory and various other posts.

An official notification released by the UPSC reads, "The result of the Combined Medical Services Examination, 2018 was declared vide Press Note dated 15.01.2019 recommending 440 candidates in order of merit for the appointment."

Note: As now sought by Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, the Commission hereby recommends 59 candidates, which includes 08 General, 50 Other Backward Classes and 01 Scheduled Caste, to fill up the remaining posts based on Combined Medical Services Examination, 2018. 

The candidature of the following 25 candidates is provisional. The offer of appointment to the candidates whose result has been kept provisional will not be issued till the Commission verifies the original documents awaited from such candidates.
