NEET Result 2020: National Testing Agency (NTA) to declare the result of the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET) today i.e. on October 16 by 4 pm. Candidates who had appeared for NEET can now check their result through the official website ntaneet.nic.in. This year, the NEET exam was held on September 13.
 
About 15.97 lakh candidates had registered for the year NEET 2020, however, only 85-90% of them appeared in the exam. The result of this examination was first announced on October 12, which was said to be announced later today i.e. on October 16. The Union Minister of Education has also confirmed this through a tweet.


 
NEET results were expected to come first on October 12, but it was decided to release the exam results on October 16 to give another chance to NEET candidates affected by COVID-19. In fact, the Supreme Court allowed the NTA on October 14 to take the examination of children who could not appear in the NEET examination on September 13 due to being corona infected and living in the containment zone.
