Recently there had been the poling for the Vidhan Sabha elections in some states and today are the results for the same.

Here are important points you must know if you are appearing for any competitive exam.


Rajasthan

There has been counting of votes going on in Rajasthan for 199 seats in the assembly election result. Counting of votes started at 8 this morning. In the trends so far, the Congress is ahead in 108 and the BJP is ahead in 76 seats.


In the state, battles are being fought between BJP and Congress to gain power. While the BJP wants to form a government in Rajasthan this time, the Congress party is expected to return to power five years later.

Voting for 199 seats of Rajasthan's 200-member assembly was voted on 07 December.

Here, 74.21 percent voting was recorded, which is about one percent less than the previous election. Elections were postponed due to the death of a candidate in a seat


Earlier, in 2013 BJP had secured 163 seats, whereas the Congress had to be satisfied with just 21 seats. At the same time, the BSP received 03 seats and 13 seats for the other parties.



Madhya Pradesh

There has been counting of votes going on in Madhya Pradesh (MP) for 230 seats in the assembly elections. In Madhya Pradesh, there is strong competition between BJP and Congress according to the trends.

In the trends till now, Congress is ahead in 106 and BJP is ahead in 109 seats.

 

Counting in the state of Madhya Pradesh which started at 8 a.m. will be completed in about 22 rounds. About 15 thousand officers and employees have been deployed for this. 

51 counting centers have been set up in MP. A center is definitely built in all district headquarters. 

In Madhya Pradesh 2899 candidates have tried their luck, in which 250 women and five third gender candidates are included.

 

 

Chhattisgarh

There has been counting of votes going on for the assembly elections in Chhattisgarh. 

The Congress is moving forward in this trends Counting of votes which started at 8 a.m. 

In the trends so far, the Congress is ahead in 60 and the BJP is ahead in 22 seats.

In Chhattisgarh, two phases for 90 seats of the Assembly were voted on November 12 and 20. 

Today the electoral fate of 1079 candidates has to be decided. The main fight between Chhattisgarh is between the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and the Congress.


 

If the BJP wins this time in Chhattisgarh, then the Chief Minister Raman Singh will become CM for the fourth time. At the same time, Congress expects that it will return to power this time. Raman Singh sought votes from the people in the name of his achievements and development, while the Congress exposed the failures of the BJP government in its rallies.
