The combined State/ Upper Subordinate Services Exam Mains 2019 (UP PCS mains) Exam has been postponed due to the ongoing lockdown to combat Coronavirus (COVID-19).

The UP PCS exam 2019 was scheduled to be held on April 20, the prelims of UP PCS were Declared on February 17.

UPPSC Review Officer / Assistant Review Officer preliminary examination has been postponed by the Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) due to coronavirus (COVID-19) epidemic. The commission has issued an official notification on its website regarding this. The notification states that the UPPSC Combined Competitive Mains Exam 2019 which was scheduled to be held on April 20, 2020, and the Review Officer / Assistant Review Officer 2016 prelims exam scheduled to be held on May 03, 2020, has been postponed. The notification is available on the official website of UPPSC at uppsc.up.nic.in.

As per UPPSC Controller of Examination, Arvind Kumar Mishra, These exams are postponed due to the on-going lockdown to stop the Coronavirus pandemic in the world.
In PCS prelims out of 3181475 candidates, 6320 aspirants cleared the exam.

Many Colleges, Educational board, and other universities and institutions have rescheduled their exam dates and other educational events to prevent the Coronavirus disease.
