SSC MTS/ Havaldar 2024: The Staff Selection Commission is going to close the registration window for SSC MTS Recruitment 2024 today. Candidates who want to apply for Multi-Tasking (Non-Technical) Staff and Havaldar (CBIC & CBN) Examination, 2024 can visit the official website i.e. ssc.gov.in.
The computer-based examination is expected to be conducted in October- November 2024. The candidates who want to participate in this recruitment drive have to pay application fees of Rs 100. The fees can be paid only through online payment modes, namely BHIM UPI, Net Banking, or by using Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, or RuPay Debit card.
However, women candidates and candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD), and Ex-servicemen (ESM) eligible for reservation will not have to pay the fees.
This recruitment drive will fill out a total of 4887 posts of MTS and 3439 posts of Havaldar in CBIC and CBN in the organization. The candidates may note that the payment window for the same will close on 1 August 2024. The correction window will open on 16 August and will close on 17 August 2024.
The Commission has increased the number of vacancies for the MTS posts from 4887 to 6144, whereas the number of vacancies for Havaldar remains the same i.e. 3439.
