The Staff Selection Commission has released a public notice announcing that very soon, it will commence the process to fill about 70,000 vacancies in central government departments. This announcement has come after Prime Minister Narendra Modi had last week encouraged different central government departments to embrace the enlistment of 10 lakh individuals on a mission mode in the following 18 months.

This information was shared by the SSC on its official Twitter handle. The Twitter post read, "New recruitment will be done on 70 thousand posts by SSC. For this, more information about the exam will be uploaded on the SSC website soon,"
 

The SSC in it Public Notice Said, “The Commission, in its continuous efforts to expedite the recruitment process, would be taking up the process of filling of about 70,000 additional vacancies. Notices of specific examinations will be uploaded on its website in due course,” the SSC said in a public notice

Furthermore, the Commission has also advised aspiring candidates to regularly check the official website for updates on job postings. SSC is engaged in conducting competitive exams for recruitment to various posts in the SSC departments, and organizations.
