There will be no CBSE board examinations till February 2021, said Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank. Class X and XII board exams will be conducted on the basis of a reduced syllabus. He said that a 33 percent internal option will be given in the examination. 30% of the total syllabus has been abolished and some states have declared it.
 
During a live interaction with the teachers, the Education Minister said that a team will be formed for the internal examinations. He said that many CBSE schools are in rural areas. Therefore, online exams are not possible. The Education Minister is interacting with the teachers through webinars and answering their queries.
 
He said that when the exams will be held after February it will be considered. The Education Minister said that there is a delay in conducting CBSE board examinations due to the Corona epidemic. During Corona, teachers have taught children like warriors. There was no shortage of education through online mode. He said that India will be the first country in the world, where AI education will start at the school level itself. The Education Minister said that we have conducted the JEE, NEET exam this year. It was one of the biggest exams conducted amidst the Corona epidemic.
 
In his communication with the teachers, the Education Minister said that the Ministry has done a lot of work to keep the mental health of the students right. The gym includes all activities including the Fit India movement, online yoga sessions, online programs.
