APSC Steno Grade II Recruitment 2024: The Assam Public Service Commission (APSC) has begun the application process for Stenographer Grade-II posts. Interested candidates can visit the official website i.e. apscrecruitment.in. to apply for the posts.
The candidates may note that the registration window for the same will remain open till 3 October 2024. This recruitment drive will fill out a total of 36 vacancies for Stenographer Gr-II (English) 26 vacancies and for Stenographer Gr-II (Language) 10 vacancies.
To participate in this recruitment drive, the candidates will have to pay application fees according to the category they belong i.e. General including Ex-servicemen candidates will pay Rs 297.20, SC/ST/OBC/[IOBC including Ex-servicemen candidates will pay Rs197.20 The applicants belonging to BPL and PwBD including Ex-servicemen candidates will pay Rs 47 .20 as application fees.
The age of the candidate must lie between 21 to 38 years. However, candidates from reserved categories will get age relaxation. Also, the applicants should have passed the Degree examination or equivalent examination from a recognized University with proficiency in Stenography.
