APPSC Recruitment 2020 Eligibility Criteria:

The candidate must have a Diploma in Civil Engineering/ Agricultural Engineering/ Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering recognized University/ Institution. 
Age Limit: 18 to 32 years

 
Application Fee: The candidates have to pay the exam fee through Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking
For APST candidates: 100/-
For Non-APST candidates: 160/-

Selection Process: Selection is based on Written Test & Viva-Voice/ Interview.
 
Method of Selection: The eligible candidate will have to appear in the written exam in the subjects mentioned below by viva-voce/ interview to be conducted by the Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission at Itanagar on the basis of which selection will be finalized.

Compulsory Paper:
General English: 100
General Knowledge: 100
Technical Paper (Civil Engineering): 100
Interview/ Personality test: 40

The candidate who has secured a minimum 33% or more marks in each written exam papers and 45% or more marks out of aggregate total marks in the written exam papers and 45% or more marks out aggregate total marks in the written exam papers will be eligible for interview/ viva-voce test. On the other hand, it will further mean that selection for viva-voce shall be based on the aggregate total marks secured in the written exam papers and subject to the ratio of 1:3. The candidates securing less than 33% of marks in any of the written exam papers shall not be eligible for appearing in the viva-voce.
