UGC NET 2022: The National Testing Agency (NTA) is all set to commence the UGC NET 2022 Phase 2 exams from tomorrow, September 20 onwards. The exam for December 2021 and June 2022 merged cycles will be conducted nation-wide and will continue till September 23, 2022. UGC NET 2022: Exam Pattern
 
The candidates appearing for UGC NET 2022 will be required to appear for two papers. As many as 50 questions will be asked in Paper I, while 100 questions will be asked in Paper II. The computer-based exam will be held for a duration of three hours. No negative marks shall be awarded for wrong answers.
 
UGC NET 2022: Exam Guidelines
 
The candidates slated to appear for the Phase II of UGC NET 2022 exams must go through the following guidelines.
  • The candidates must report to the exam center at least one hour prior to the scheduled time of its commencement.
  • The list of mandatory documents to be carried to the exam centre includes a hard copy of admit card, two passport size photographs and a valid government issued photo ID proof.
  • No candidate must possess any of the prohibited items inside the exam hall, such as mobile phones, earphones, tablets, bluetooth devices, digital watches, or study material like books, notebooks, blank paper sheets etc.
  • Candidates must not indulge in malpractices such as cheating, copying etc, as the same shall attract the cancellation of candidature.
  • All candidates will be allowed to leave only after the exam ends.
  • The candidates must adhere to Covid-appropriate behaviour mandatorily at exam centers.
