The application process for the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) begins today i.e. January 24, 2020, by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE).
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will conduct the 14th edition of the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) on July 5, 2020 (Sunday). The online application process will start from 24.01.2020 and the last date for submitting an online application will be 24.02.2020. The fee can be paid upto 27.02.2020 till 03.30 PM.
The test will be conducted in 20 (Twenty) languages in 112 cities all over the country. The exam will be conducted at two levels, Paper 1 (Primary Stage) and Paper 2 (Elementary Stage). Both the papers will be conducted on a single day in different shifts.
The Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) will consist of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) which will be of one mark each. There will be four alternatives out of which only one answer will be correct. There is no negative marking.

CTET 2020: Paper 2 Class (VI-VIII) Syllabus: This paper is for a person who intends to be a teacher for classes VI to VIII.
