The (CBSE) has kick started online application process for National Eligibility Test (NET) 2014 exams.
The CBSE first time is all set to conduct (NET) on December 28, 2014.
The Board will provide brail script question paper to virtually handicapped candidates.
The application form will be available online from October 15, 2014 on the official website (cbsenet.nic.in). The application will be submitted online and the last date for submitting applications for NET is November 15, 2014.
Issuing the notification on the official website it said that CBSE will conduct NET in 79 subjects at 87 selected NET Coordinating Institutions spread across the country.
The candidates who qualify for the award of Junior Research Fellowship are eligible to pursue research in the subject of their post-graduation or in a related subject and are also eligible for Assistant Professor. The universities, institutions, IITs and other national organizations may select the JRF awardees for whole time research work in accordance with the procedure prescribed by them.
The award of JRF and Eligibility for Assistant Professor both OR Eligibility for Assistant Professor only will depend on the performance of the candidate in all three papers of NET. However, the candidates qualifying exclusively for Assistant Professor will not be considered for award of JRF.
How to Apply :
The interested and eligible candidates are advised to apply online for NET exam. Online application will be filled in 4 stages, filling the application form, uploading scanned photograph, paying the examination fee and printing the application form, admission card and attendance slip.

Last date of payment through Bank Challan : 18/11/2014
