UP Board 2022: Tips and Tricks to Boost Exam Preparations
  • Focus on Goal - The first priority for every class 10 and 12 students should be the board examinations which are scheduled from March 24. Since the countdown has begun so the students are suggested to stay calm and focus on the goal that is UP Board Exam. Avoid wasting time on unuseful activities or habits. Be positive.

  • Revision Time- Since the exam dates are close so students are suggested to start revision rather than starting new topics. Recall important topics which have been frequently asked in the previous examinations or are important for this year. Revision of all such topics helps in recollecting information during the exam.

Solve Practice Set - Solve the previous years' question paper set and model papers. It will help you to increase writing or paper solving speed and at the same time, you will get to know about the difficulty level of the questions and paper pattern asked in the exam.

  • Health Conscious - There is a saying, "Health is Wealth". Students are suggested to focus on their health apart from exam preparations to ensure physical fitness and wellness. One must take balanced and healthy food, proper sleep and do physical activity to avoid stress and exam-phobia.

  • Avoid Negative Thoughts - Students are suggested to not let negative thoughts come to mind.
