In view of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the central government has announced the nation-wide lockdown to break the chain of community transmission of Coronavirus. Due to this epidemic disease all schools, colleges, and universities have been closed until further announcements. The countrywide closure of the educational institution has generated confusion for all the students about their education. In view of the current scenario, the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), has started various online courses for students. Students can avail of these courses on their laptops, mobiles as required.

According to media reports, some courses will also be provided free of cost by MHRD along with these online courses. Students who wish to continue their studies can apply online through the official website of the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) or All India Council for Technical Education at neat.aicte-india.org/course. 

Online Courses Registration Procedure:

Step 1: Students have to log on to the AICTE website neat.aicte-india.org/course.
Step 2: Select the desired course you wish to learn
Step 3: Generate the candidate's ID and Password
Step 4: Log in the portal and join the e-learning classes

These online courses have a step train course to improve English, through which students can learn the pronunciation of English words. Learn Engg courses are also available for engineering students.
