CBSE Board 2022: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) Board is all set to conduct CBSE Science Challenge 2022 for the students of Classes 8 to 10. The Science Challenge is aimed at generating curiosity, higher order thinking skills and enquiring skills among the students, in the age of Science and Technology.
The 'CBSE Science Challenge' can be accessed on the DIKSHA platform from January 17 till February 28, 2022. The mode of instruction for the challenge is available both in Hindi and English and students of the Board are eligible to participate in it. No participation fee shall be charged for the students desirous to participate.

Schools which are affiliated to CBSE must register their participating students at cbse.gov.in. Post registration, the students will receive a registration ID which they would require later to access the challenge on DIKSHA platform. Meanwhile, students of schools which are not affiliated to CBSE can access the challenge on the platform directly.

Students who complete the challenge/course will be awarded a participation certificate. After this, the schools can nominate those five children from each class of their institution, who have secured a participation certificate in Science Challenge directly to the second stage or National Qualifiers round of Raman Young Science Innovator Awards.

Students willing to take up the CBSE Science Challenge 2022 must download the latest version of DIKSHA application or can log on to DIKSHA website to receive certificates. Schools must ensure that the students have listed their respective names accurately on the website or the application.
 
CBSE Science Challenge 2022: Steps for CBSE schools to register
  1.  Log on to the official website of CBSE at cbse.gov.in.
  2. Click on the “CBSE Science Challenge 2021-22” link located on the home page.
  3. A new page will open.
  4. Fill in the details such as Affiliation Number and password to register the students.
  5. Enter the captcha and submit the details.  
  6. Access the generated registration IDs
Schools must note that the registration IDs must be provided to the students before they appear for the challenge.
