UPSC Result 2023: The Civil Services Examination (CSE) 2023 Final Results were released by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) today, 16 April, 2024.
The exam topper list was headed by Aditya Srivasatava, who hails from Lucknow. The list further features Animesh Pradhan, Donuru Ananya Reddy, P K Sidharth Ramkumar, and Ruhani as top five candidtes. Additionally, Srishti Dabas, Anmol Rathore, Ashish Kumar, Nausheen, and Asihwarayam Prajapati are also included in the list of top 10 performers.
Candidates must not that the appointment to the various services will be made in accordance with the number of vacancies available, with due consideration to the provisions contained in the rules for the examination.
Candidates must also note that the UPSC CSE marks will be available on the website within 15 days from the date of declaration of result.
Candidates who have achieved remarkable success in the examination are recognized for their dedication and hard work, and their names are highlighted in the toppers list. As per the UPSC's announcement, candidates can access the full list of toppers on the official website upsc.gov.in or upsconline.nic.in.
Candidates who passed the Civil Services (Main) Examination conducted on 15, 16, 17, 23, and 24 september, were interviewed by the commission throughout the first two starting months of 2024. The Union Public Service Commission held a written portion of the Civil Services Examination in September 2023.
Based on the results of this examination and the Personality Test interviews conducted from January to April of 2024, 1,016 candidates were recommended for appointment to the Indian Administrative Service, Indian Foreign Service, Indian Police Service, and Central Services, Groups 'A' and 'B'.
A provisional candidature has been granted to a total of 355 candidates. On its premises, UPSC maintains a "Facilitation Counter" close to the Examination Hall. On working days, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., candidates can get any information or explanation they need about their exams or recruitments by calling 23385271, 23381125, or 23098543.
UPSC CSE Result 2023: How to check result?
Candidates who took part in the personality test can check their result by following below steps-
- Firstly, candidates need to visit the official websites of the Union Public Service Commission at upsc.gov.in or upsconline.nic.in.
- Then, click on the link titled, “final result of civil service examination, 2023”, displaying on the homepage.
- Now, look for the result link and click on the tab to proceed further.
- The pdf document of UPSC result 2023 will appear on tour screen.
- Note that you check your name, roll number and all india rank (AIR) in the pdf document.
- You can use the shortcut Ctrl+F inorder to efficiently search your name in the document.
- Lastly, download the UPSE CSE final result and take a printout for future reference.
