MCC NEET UG Counselling 2024: The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has revised the National Eligibility Entrance Test - Undergraduate (NEET UG) counselling 2024 schedule for admission to 15% All India Quota (AIQ) seats in MBBS, BDS programmes. According to the revised NEET UG counselling schedule 2024, candidates who have not registered yet can visit the official website i.e. mcc.nic.in. till 16 September 2024.

The seat allotment will be released between 17 and 18 September 2024 and the NEET UG round 2 seat allotment result 2024 will be announced on 19 September 2024 now. Earlier, the second round of seat allotment was scheduled to be announced on 13 September 2024. 

The seat allotment will be declared based on merit, NEET UG rank, the order of preference submitted, availability of seats, and cut-off trends. This counselling is conducted for the candidates who wish to be admitted for MBBS AND BDS courses in  Government Medical College, Thalarasingi village, Paderu, Andhra Pradesh; Government Medical College, Nashik, Maharashtra; Malla Reddy Institute of Medical Sciences, Hyderabad.

The committee announced 6,947 virtual vacancies for NEET UG round 2 counselling and the addition of 614 seats in NEET UG round 2 counselling 2024.  MCC will conduct a total of four rounds of NEET PG 2024 counselling i.e. round 1, round 2, round 3, and stray vacancy round, general and EWS candidates who have obtained 50th percentile, General-PwBD who have scored 45th percentile, and SC, ST, OBC. 

All those candidates who could not apply for round 1, were not allotted a seat, opted for upgradation, or did not join the allotted college can participate in the subsequent rounds.
