The above-mentioned theory examination was conducted on January 4, 2020.

The course curriculum is based on the Directorate of Technical Education guidelines and the exam is conducted after which the candidates qualifying the exam are given a certificate by Directorate of Technical Education regarding the same.
The directorate of Techincal education conducts the COA certification course twice in a year in the month of June and December. The course helps the more than 8000 candidates every year to learn how to operate computers in Government/ Government organizations, Business and Industry.
