JEE Main 2020 Result: Check Out the State Toppers with 99.99%

The result for the JEE Main 2020 entrance exam has been declared by the National Testing Agency (NTA). 

Bashar Ahmed of Uttarakhand has topped the exam has become the state topper by securing 99.99 percentile. 

At the same time, nine students including Nishant Aggarwal of Delhi and Divyanshu Agarwal of Haryana got 100% marks. 

The results for BE and BTech have been declared till now, the rest will be declared soon. According to the NTA Director-General, Vineet Joshi, 9,21261 students had registered for the examination held from 7 to 9 January.

Out of those who registered only, 8,69,010 appeared for the exam. Of the total, 6,04,981 were male, 2,64,026 female and 3 transgender candidates. Kunwarpreet Singh of Chandigarh, Nishant Aggarwal of Delhi, Divyanshu Agarwal of Haryana, Sarthak Diwan of Himachal Pradesh, Aryan Gupta of Jammu and Kashmir, Parvez Mehdi of Ladakh, Ujjwal Mehta of Punjab, L. Gokulnath of Uttar Pradesh have been the State Topper in the examination. 

The application window for the JEE Main April Exam 2020 has been scheduled to begin from February 7 and will continue till March 7, 2020. The merit list of JEE Main 2020 will be made on the basis of marks in the examination of January and April. On this basis, a separate list will be made for IITs.
