About IGNOU PhD 2021 Exam:
The IGNOU PhD 2021 entrance examination was conducted by the NTA on February 24, 2022. The exam was held as a Computer-based test (CBT) in 30 cities of the country. A total of 18,687 candidates had registered for the exam, while the turnout was only 9,196 on the day of the exam.
