Chandigarh NMMS Result 2023: The State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT) has released the National Means cum Merit Scholarship (NMMS) Chandigarh result 2023. Students who appeared for the same can check their results by visiting the official website i.e. scertchd.edu.in.
Candidates may note that the individual scores are uploaded on the website and the list of selected students is also uploaded on the official website.
A total of 85 students have been selected for the scholarship scheme. The list includes the name of the student, roll number, father’s name, category, gender, disability, MAT marks, SAT marks, and total marks.
NMMS Chandigarh exam was conducted on 8 November 2024. The answer key was released on 13 November last year for the same. The objection window was opened for the candidates and they submitted their objections by 19 November.
This exam is conducted to award 85 scholarships to the qualified students and under the scholarship scheme, selected students of Class 8 will receive a scholarship of Rs 12,000 per annum from Class 9 to 12. The exam included two papers – The Mental Ability Test (MAT) and the Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT). Each paper consisted of 90 questions carrying one mark each.
To pass in the following examination candidates need to score at least 40 percent marks in aggregate (32% for SC, ST).

- Firstly candidates need to visit the official website i.e. scertchd.edu.in
- Then click the “Result of National Means cum Merit Scholarship Scheme Examination Result- 2023” link.
- A list of students according to the roll number will be displayed on the screen.
- Candidates can view and download the list in PDF format for future reference.
