NLC India Recruitment 2022: Vacancy for 550 Apprentices Posts, Graduates and Diploma Holders can Apply

Neyveli Lignite Corporation Limited (NLC) has commenced the registration process for Apprenticeship Training under the Apprentices (Amendment) Act, 1973. The applications have been invited for a total of 550 Apprentices posts of which 250 posts are for Graduate Apprentices and 300 posts are for Technician (Diploma) Apprentices. NLC Recruitment 2022 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates belonging to the States of Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and the Union Territories of Puducherry and Lakshadweep only are eligible. Candidates should have passed the qualifying exam in 2019 / 2020 / 2021.

A. Category – I Graduate Apprentices:-

• A Degree in Engineering or Technology (Full time) granted by a Statutory University in relevant discipline.
• A Degree in Engineering or Technology (Full time) granted by an Institution empowered to grant such degree by an Act of Parliament in relevant discipline.
• Graduate examination of Professional bodies (Full time) recognized by the State Government or Central Government as equivalent to above.

B. Category – II Technician (Diploma) Apprentices:-

• A Diploma in Engineering or technology (Full time) granted by a State Council or Board of Technical Education established by a State Government in a relevant discipline.
• A Diploma in Engineering or Technology (Full time) granted by a University in relevant discipline.
• A Diploma in Engineering and Technology (Full time) granted by an Institution recognised by the State Government or Central Government as equivalent to above.

Age Limit: Age limit will be followed as per Apprenticeship Rules.

2. Click the 'CAREERS' link to open the Careers page.
3. Select the Trainees & Apprentices tab.
4. Click the Online Application link under Advt., No. L&DC 03/2021 Engagement of Graduate and Technician Apprentices.
5. Complete the application form and take a printout of the registration form.

2. Consolidated (or) Semester–wise Mark lists of Degree / Diploma.
3. Community Certificate (in case of belonging to SC / ST / OBC).
4. Transfer Certificate.
5. Proof for Physically with Disabled person (PwD) (if applicable).
6. Format showing method of arrival of the percentage of marks (can be downloaded).

NLC Recruitment 2022 Selection process
Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of normalisation of the marks scored in the qualifying Diploma/ Degree.
