BEL Management Industrial Trainee Recruitment 2020 Selection Process: Selection will be based on a Written Test/ Interview.
General Instructions:
- Candidate, who meets the above-mentioned criteria, may send the application form (prescribed in Annexure-I) to tgtgad@bel.co.in on or before 25-Dec-20. The subject will be mentioned as “MIT (Finance) trainee”. The application will be accepted through the above-mentioned email-id only.
- The duration of the training is for One Year and extendable by one more year. However, an extension for one year may be considered after reviewing the candidate’s performance by management. The tenure of the MlTs (Finance) including their extension period shall not exceed the maximum period of TWO YEARS.
- Selection criteria will be based on the final percentage of marks obtained in CA (Intermediate) / ICWA (Intermediate),
- Stipend will be paid Rs. 10,000/- per month for 1st year & Rs. 12,000/- per month for 2nd year
- MIT's would be Eligible for one-day casual cum sick leave for every completed month during training.
