RRB Releases NTPC Recruitment 2019 CBT Exam Notice, Official Updates Here
RRB NTPC 2020 - PC : My Result Plus
Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has issued an official notice pertaining the Non-Technical Popular Categories (NTPC) Recruitment 2019. The RRB has stated in its notice that due to the lethal outbreak of second wave of COVID-19 pandemic, the NTPC CBT has been held up. As many states have imposed restrictions to prevent community transmission of life threatening disease.

However, the RRB will announce the new exam schedule for NTPC Recruitment 2019 in due course once the situation will turn conducive. The authorities have conducted the computer based CBT examination in various phases to avoid mass gathering and to follow central government guidelines regarding the COVID pandemic.

Earlier, RRBs have notified three Centralized Employment Notifications (CENs), No. 01/2019, No. 03/2019 and No. RRC 01/2019, for recruitment to the various categories. "Candidates are hereby informed that further scheduling of examinations will be advised in due course once the restrictions imposed by various states are eased", reads the official notification.

RRB NTPC Recruitment 2019: Exam Pattern

The exam will be conducted in three phases:
Stage - I:  Computer Based Test (CBT); Candidates have to Solve 100 questions (MCQs) in 90 minutes.
Stage - II: Computer Based Test; Candidates have to Solve 120 questions (MCQs) in 90 minutes.
Stage - III: Typing Skill Test (TST) Candidates should be able to type 30 words per minute (WPM) in English or 25 words per minute (WPM) in Hindi without editing tools and spell check facility.

RRB NTPC 2019: Stage - I Exam Details

A total of 100 questions will be asked in the exam and the duration of the exam will be 90 minutes.
