LIC Postpones the AAO, AE, AA Prelims Exam 2020 Due to COVID-19

The prelims examination for the  LIC Assistant Engineers - Civil/Electrical/Structural/ MEP and Assistant Architects and Recruitment of Assistant Administrative Officers (Specialist) has been postponed by the Life Insurance Corporation (LIC).

The LIC AAO, AE, AA Prelims exam 2020 was earlier scheduled to be conducted on April 4, 2020, at various test centres across the nation. 

The online application process of LIC AAO, AE, AA Recruitment Exam 2020 was held from February 25 to March 15. The LIC AE, AAO Recruitment 2020 is being held to fill up 218 vacancies.

The official notice said "The Preliminary Examination for the Recruitment of Asst Engineers/ AA/ AAO (Specialist)- 2020 scheduled for 4th April,2020 is postponed till further instructions. All applicants are requested to constantly visit our website www.licindia.in >> careers >> "Recruitment of Asst Engineers/ AA/ AAO (Specialist)- 2020" page for updates in this regard".


LIC AAO, AE, AA Prelims 2020: Exam Details

The preliminary examination consisting of the objective test will be conducted online.
The total duration of the test is 2 hours.

Total sections:
Reasoning Ability: 35 questions
English Language with special emphasis on grammar, vocabulary, and comprehension: 30 questions
Quantitative Aptitude: 35 questions
