ICAI has announced a one-time relaxation for the provisionally registered students who want to appear in the CA Intermediate exam. The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has allowed one-time relaxation for students who are tentatively registered till July 31, 2022 in the Intermediate course through Direct Entry Route to appear in the May 2023 Chartered Accountants i.e. CA Intermediate Examination. Students who have provisionally registered for Intermediate through Direct Entry Route by 31st July, 2022 are required to produce satisfactory proof of having passed the graduation examination with minimum marks before filling up the examination form for May 2023 Intermediate course.
 
ICAI CA Exam: Training to start before October

Such students will have to start their practical training on or before October 1, 2022, after completing ICITSS and then appear for the Chartered Accountants Intermediate Examination in May 2023. Candidates must note that this is a one-time opportunity provided to the students.
 
ICAI CA Nov 22 Exam: Registration has to be done before 31st August

Meanwhile, ICAI has also started the registration process for the examinations of Chartered Accountants i.e. CA Intermediate November 2022. The facility to fill the online application for the candidates will be available till August 31, 2022. As per the schedule, the Intermediate examinations for Group-1 will begin from November 02 and end on November 09, 2022, while the Group-II examinations will be conducted from November 11 to 17, 2022.
