Get free railway ticket from photo copy of admit card
The Indian Railways issuing a circular has provided relief to SC and ST candidates appearing for various Group-D exams of Railways.

The aspirants would be able to get free tickets to reach the examination centres by downloading  the admit cards from internet and submitting it to the railway counter for examination being conducted by Railway Recruitment Commission (RRC).

The students don't need the admit cards issued by Assistant Secretary of RRC. To avail the free railway ticket the candidates need to submit their self-attested admit card on railway  counters. Railway Recruitment Commission is all set to conduct examination from next month on every Sunday for Pay Band I (Grade Pay Rs. 1800/-).

Indian Railways issuing a circular to the concerned departments has notified that "The students of SC & ST categories should be given the free ticket to the examination centres after the submission of interenet downloaded ticket."

The circular further added that " The candidates need to carry the original copy of SC/ST certificate, the recognized identification proof along with admit card." The students need to show it to ticket checker at the time of checking.
