AP LAWCET 2024: Acharya Nagarjuna University is going to close the registration window for the Andhra Pradesh Law Common Entrance Test (AP LAWCET) 2024 without a late fee today. Interested candidates can submit their application form by visiting the official website i.e. cets.apsche.ap.gov.in.

After closing the application window the university will open the application correction window for the candidates who wish to make corrections in their application form. The application correction window for the AP LAWCET 2024 exam will be open from 30 May to 1 June 2024. 

Candidates may note that the last date for submitting the application for the same with late fees is 29 May 2024. The AP LAWCET hall ticket 2024 will be issued on June 3. Candidates will require their registration number and password to download the admit card. 

The AP LAWCET 2024 exam will be conducted on 9 June 2024 in a single shift i.e. 2:30 pm to 4:00 pm.

AP LAWCET 2024: Application fees 

Candidates who want to appear for this exam have to pay the application fees according to the category i.e. 
  • For the Open or General category, the fee is Rs 900 for 5-year LLB and Rs 1,000 for LLM. 
  • Other Backward Classes (OBC) candidates are required to pay Rs 850 for 5-year LLB and Rs 950 for LLM. 
  • For Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) candidates
  • The application fee is Rs 800 for 5-year LLB and Rs 900 for LLM.

AP LAWCET 2024: Important dates for late fee 
  • Last date to apply with a late fee of Rs. 500- 11 May
  • Last date to apply with a late fee of Rs 1,000- 18 May
  • Last date to apply with a late fee of Rs 2,000- 25 May
  • Last date to apply with a late fee of Rs 3,000- 29 May 

AP LAWCET 2024: Exam pattern 

The AP LAWCET 2024 will be divided into 3 sections- general knowledge and mental ability, current affairs, and aptitude for the study of law. Out of the three sections, aptitude carries the highest weightage. The duration of the exam is 90 minutes.

  • Firstly candidates need to visit the official website i.e. cets.apsche.ap.gov.in.
  • Complete the registration process by entering the details.
  • Log in with the generated credentials and fill out the application form.
  • Upload all required documents.
  • Pay the application fee and click on submit.
  • Download the application form and take a printout for future reference.
