Students find getting high value education loans tough

Getting educational loans is proving to be a tough task for students in the city. The banks have tightened their norms, despite government of India's instruction to liberalize and expand educational loans.
Though the banks seem to be liberal while sanctioning education loans of smaller amounts, students seeking higher amount are finding it difficult to find favour. The situation is worse for those who want to pursue higher studies in foreign institutions.
