NEET UG 2024: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has reopened the registration window for the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET-UG) 2024 today, April 9. Interested candidates who have not submitted their application form can visit the official website i.e. neet.ntaonline.in.
The official notice reads that “Candidates should note that this is a one-time opportunity, so they are advised to use it carefully as no further chance will be given for applying for NEET (UG) – 2024. Please make a note of this and fill out the online Application Form accordingly.”
Candidates may note that the NTA has announced the reopening of the NEET UG application window 2024 for just two days. The NEET UG registration 2024 process will now end on 10 April 2024 up to 10:50 pm.
According to the official notification, “A few requests were received from the candidates to re-open the registration window of NEET (UG) – 2024 as they could not fill their form due to various unavoidable reasons.”
NEET UG 2024: Application Fee
Candidates interested in appearing for this test have to pay application fees to submit their application. For Indian candidates belonging to the General Category, the registration fee is 1,700 rupees. However, there are relaxations for the reserved categories. For General-EWS/ OBC-NCL, the application fee is 1,600 rupees and for SC/ ST/ PwBD/ third gender, it is 1,000 rupees.
NEET UG 2024: Date of exam
NTA will conduct the exam for NEET UG 2024 ON 5 May 2024 from 2 to 5 pm in 571 cities in India and 14 cities outside India. The test will be conducted in offline mode i.e. pen and paper format.

NTA has provided the facility the the students to log in using a few identification options like-

NEET UG 2024: How to apply?
- Firstly candidates need to visit the official website i.e. neet.ntaonline.in
- Then click on the new registration if new to the site.
- Log in and fill in details like name, date of birth, gender, mobile number, and email address.
- Generate your credentials and log in to the website again.
- Fill out the application form and pay the fees.
- Click on the submit button and download the application form for future reference.
