State Bank of Travancore, Thiruvananthapuram has issued online notification for recruitment of Sports Persons (Football Players) Men on clerical cadre posts.
The eligible and willing candidates are advised to go through the complete notification before applying for the posts.
Vacancy Details:
Name of the Post : Sports Person - Football players (Men)
Age Limit :
The willing and desirous candidates age should be not below 18 years and not above 28 years as on 01-06-2014. Age relaxation is applicable for SC/ ST/ OBC candidates.
Educational Qualification :
Candidates should pass SSLC or 10th Standard or Equivalent.
Mode of selection :
Applications will be subjected to a preliminary scrutiny to short list candidates to be called for the selection trials on the basis of their performance, achievement etc. as given in their applications/testimonials and also as per the requirement of the Bank’s Football team.
The candidates short listed will be called for a selection trial to be held at Thiruvananthapuram and if found qualified in the trials they will be called for an interview which is also to be held at Thiruvananthapuram. The entire selection process shall be strictly on the basis of merit only. Since the recruitment is for sportsmen category, maximum weightage will be given to their performance, achievement, representation etc. in the game and so also their age factor.
