Maharashtra Public Service Commission (MPSC) has issued online recruitment notification to fill the vacant posts of 700 Tax Assistant, Group-C Under Sales Tax Department.

Age Limit :
The willing candidates who wish to apply for the above mentioned posts should be aged between 18 to 33 years as on 01/08/2014. Age relaxation will be applicable as per the rules.
Educational Qualification :
Candidates should possess Degree from recognized university/ equivalent degree, must have knowledge of Marathi and Typing speed of Marathi 30 w.p.m. & English 40 w.p.m.
Examination Fee :
Candidate must pay application fee of Rs.365/- for Unreserved category & Rs.265/- for Reserved category, Rs.15/- for Ex-Serviceman in the form of SBI Challan/ Debit card/ Credit card/ Net Banking/ CSC.
Selection Process :
Candidates will be selected on the basis of Written Test.
