Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed students on Exam stress at Delhi’s Talkatora stadium, today

PM came across number of queries on exam stress, how to deal with it and even related to yoga, that how one can use to handle exam stress.

PM gave many use tips to the students’, teachers’ even parents’ audience, here are those insights:

- Make two copies: one to do list and another on what you have done today to achieve your goals.

- You should concentrate on the work without thinking about the result or what you going to become

- Students should have a flexible time table, one time table is not sufficient and appropriate

- Guru shishya is still alive and can be speen in sports field it should be encouraged even in academics

- PM tells teachers that one should touch lives rather than focusing on degrees

- Teachers are always been considered as family member, and that seen earlier that we should revive the spirit

- Quality sleep during exams is important

- EQ is important, IQ gains success, whereas, EQ creates sense of mission

- PM tells parents that not to compare your child with others, everyone is different and every person’s aptitude is different

- PM answers on expectations of Parents: Parent’s intention should never be doubted, children should understand. One should study not only because parents are around one should study for themselves but not in any pressure

- Every one is raised differently, one should not get into any competition with the friends. Every person’s likes and dislikes are different

- If you want to improve concentration, Yoga can be really helpful to keep your mind healthy

- Language knowledge should be there especially Tamil language. Tamil language is ancient even older than Sanskrit.

- One should have a self confidence and that comes within when you challenge yourself and even hard work. We should always feel positive about us.
