Office of the Director General of Police, Himachal Pradesh Police Head Quarters, Shimla has issued job notification to fill the vacant posts of 776 Constable (Male), Constable (Driver) (Male) & Constable (Female) vacancies in various Districts of Himachal Pradesh.
The eligible and willing applicants are advised to apply in prescribed application format on or before 15/04/2015 till 05:00 PM. These applications have been invited in various districts of Himachal Pradesh.

Constable (Female): 160 Posts
Constable (Driver) (Male): 112 Posts
Age Limit :
Candidates willing to apply for the above mentioned posts should be aged between 18 to 23 years as on 01/03/2015. According to the notification issued 'Age relaxation will be applicable as per Govt rules'.
Educational Qualification :
Candidates should have passed 10+2 examination from a recognized board or institution.
Selection Process :
Candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in tests & personal interview conducted by HP Police Recruitment Board.
Processing Fee :
Candidates need to pay Rs.120/- for General Category & Rs.30/- for SC/ ST/ OBC/ IRDP in the form of Bank Draft or I.P.Os to be drawn in favour of HP Police Recruitment Board Shimla -171002 & should write candidates his/ her name & DOB on the back side of Bank Draft.
