Pay scale: The employees in private sector have more chance for better pay in comparison to government employees as there is a lot of competition in the private sector and companies often offer better pay scale to retain good employees.

Pension: Government employees enjoy much high pension scale in comparison to the private sector employees. Most of the private companies do not even have a pension plan and the private sector employees have to invest in pension plans themselves.
