Gas Authority of India Limited has issued recruitment notification to fill the vacant posts of Junior Fireman, Assistant (Store & Purchase), Operator (Fire) & Assistant Inspector (Fire).
The eligible and willing candidates can apply online from 12/11/2014 to 05/12/2014 by 11.00 hrs to 18.00 hrs.

1. Junior Fireman: 10 Posts
2. Assistant (Store & Purchase): 02 Posts

Age Limit :
The willing candidates who wish to apply for the above mentioned posts should be aged of 25 years for S.No 1, 30 years for S.No 2 & 3, 32 years for S.No 4 as on 05-12-2014. Age relaxations are applicable as per the rules.
Educational Qualification :
Candidates should have 10th Class with minimum 03 months Fireman Training Course for S.No 1, Bachelor Degree with minimum 55% marks & minimum typing speed of 40 w.p.m in English (in computer) for S.No 2, 10+2/ equivalent with minimum 06 months Fireman’s Training course & Driving License for heavy vehicle/ Fire Tenders for S.No 3, Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Engineering with minimum 55% marks & Fire Fighting Course (Sub Officer’s Course) of National Fire Services College, Nagpur or equivalent for S.No 4 with relevant experiences.
Selection Process :
Candidates are selected based in skill/ trade/ physical endurance test & interview.

Candidates need to pay Demand Draft/ Pay Order of Rs. 50/- for General & OBC candidates drawn in favour of GAIL (India) Limited payable at State Bank of India, Vaghodia, District: Vadodara, (Branch Code: 9927). Name of the candidate & post applied for should be written on the back side of the demand draft. No Fee for SC/ ST/ PWD candidates.
