CBSE extendes window period for conduct of ASL Test 2015-16

The CBSE has extended the window period to conduct the Assessment of Speaking and Listening skills (ASL) Test for classes IX, X and XI till 10 February 2016. With most of its affiliated schools haven't managed to work in the time period allotted by the CBSE, it has issued a notification on Jan 20, for the extension of the time period of Assessment of Speaking and Listening skills test for classes IX, X and XI.


A notification in this regard has been issued by the CBSR's Dr Praggya M Singh, Assistant professor and joint director on the 20th January, 2016.


This notification is a further update to that issued on 7 December 2015, which stated the window period to conduct the ASL skills test to be from 15th December 2015 to 30th January 2016, along with a step by step guideline to download test material.


Schools have to upload the marks obtained by students, for ASL test 2015-16, through the online link to be provided on www.cbseacademic.in from 11 February to 22 February 2016.


There's no change made in the procedure and guidelines for conducting the ASL test .
