Maharashtra NEET UG 2023 Counselling: The State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra, will commence the registration process for the National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test Undergraduate (NEET UG) counselling on July 24, 2023. Eligible candidates can register for Maharashtra NEET UG counselling on the newly launched website cetcell.net.in/NEET-UG-2023, which will facilitate admission to medical courses in the state.

Those who have qualified the NEET UG exam can fill out the online application form to participate in Maharashtra NEET UG counselling 2023. During the counselling process, candidates will be required to make choices for courses and colleges. Seats in MBBS and BDS will be filled based on the choices made by the candidates, NEET scores, state merit rank, reservation criteria, seat matrix, and other factors.
 

Maharashtra NEET UG Counselling: How to Apply

  1. Online Registration: Log on to the official website of the State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra, and click on the NEET UG counselling registration link. Create a new account by providing the required details, like the NEET UG roll number, NEET UG score, and personal information.

  2. Login and Fill Out the Application Form: After successful registration, log in using the provided credentials. Fill out the NEET UG counselling application form, including personal details, academic qualifications, and preferred choices of colleges and courses.

  3. Document Verification: Upload scanned copies of all the necessary documents, such as the NEET UG scorecard, Class 10 and 12 mark sheets, NEET UG admit card, category certificate (if applicable), and others.

  4. Payment of the Counselling Fee: Pay the required counselling fee through the available online payment options.

  5. Choice Filling and Locking: After document verification, the candidate can proceed to fill out and lock their preferred choices of colleges and courses. It is essential to carefully prioritise and lock down the choices before the deadline.

  6. Seat Allotment Result: The State Common Entrance Test Cell will release the provisional seat allotment result based on the merit rank and choices made by the candidates.

  7. Reporting and Confirmation: Candidates who are allotted seats must report to the designated colleges within the specified timeframe. At the college, they need to complete the admission process, pay the required fees, and submit the necessary documents for verification.
