The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has again extended the last day for admissions for July 2020 session. As per the official notification, the IGNOU has extended the last date for Admission in July 2020 session upto October 15, 2020. Earlier the last date to apply for IGNOU Admissions July 2020 was September 30. All those candidates who aspire to appear for July 2020 session can apply online by visiting the official website.
Along with the extension of last date for admission, the IGNOU has also extended the last date for submission of assignments for Term End Examination June 2020. As per the latest updates, the varsity has extended the assignment last date upto October 10. Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, IGNOU is facilitating the assignment submission by learners through email this year.
IGNOU has arranged for the students to submit the assignment online for the June 2020 Term End Examination so that the students do not face any problem. Students will now be able to submit scanned copies of their assignments online as well. All regional centres of IGNOU will accept scanned copies of the handwritten assignments of students.
IGNOU Admission July 2020: How to apply for registration?
Step 1: Visit the official site of IGNOU at ignou.ac.in
Step 2: Go to the Register Online section and click on the Re-registration link
Step 3: Read the instructions carefully and proceed to fill the application form
Step 4: Enter the required details and follow the registration process.
Step 5: Pay the application fee, re-check the application details and click on submit button
Step 6: Take a print of the confirmation page for further reference
Important Note: It is mandatory for every student to create a new user account, despite having an existing account in the old portal.
