Punjab Agricultural University begins admission process
The Punjab Agricultural University (PAU) has commenced the admission process for the academic session 2014-15 with the sale of prospectus.

The university has invited application forms from the candidates residing in Punjab and Union Territory of Chandigarh.

Talking to Times of India, B S Sohal, Additional Director Communication told that " The applicants seeking admission to various Undergraduate, Postgraduate and Diploma courses can purchase prospectus from the Centre for Communication and International Linkages, PAU, Ludhiana ."

Courses Offered:
The undergraduate programmes that would be available to the students include B.Sc Agriculture (Honors.), B.Sc Biotechnology (Honors), B.Tech Food Technology, B.Sc (Honors) Home Science, B.Sc (Honors) Fashion Designing, B.Sc (Honors) Interior Design and B.Sc (Honors) Nutrition and Dietetics are available at PAU.

He added that besides, the University is also offering B.Sc. Agri. (Hons.) 6-year and 5-year Integrated M.Sc (Hons.) in Biochemistry, Botany, Chemistry, Microbiology, and Zoology programmes, the forms for which are available.

How to Apply:
The interested aspirants seeking admission in any of the course can log on to PAU website for course details, eligibility criteria, entrance tests, Application Fee and other details.  "The last date to apply for the academic programmes with entrance test is May 9, 2014 whereas with late fee, it is May 16, 2014. The last date to apply for the academic programmes without entrance test is June 18, 2014 whereas with late fee, it is June 25, 2014", PAU official said.
