JIPMER issues application for MBBS Entrance Exam 2014
Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education & Research (JIPMER) has invited applications from Indian Nationals for admission to its MBBS course for the academic session 2014-15.

Issuing a statement on JIPMER's website it said that " This application has been issued to fill 150 seats for the academic session commencing from 2014." The eligible and willling applicants are advised to read the complete notification before applying for the admission.

Total Number of seats : 150 seats
UR : 50 Seats
OBC : 28 Seats
SC : 16 Seats
ST : 11 Seats
Puducherry Residents : 40 Seats

Educational Qualification :
The candidate must have passed/appeared for HSC (10+2) exam with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology & English /Equivalent.

Age Limit :
The applicant must have attained 17 years of age at the time of admission or should complete 17 years on or before 31st December, 2014 i.e. must have been born on or before 01/01/1998.

Method of Selection :
Entrance Examination : Online based distributed objective type question. JIPMER will conduct an all India level entrance exam on June 08, 2014.

This examination will be conducted in four different zones ; East, West, North and South zones all across the country.
