- Completed application form must reach IIJNM by no later than June 10, 2016.
- Late applicants may submit completed form and supporting documents after this date, which may be considered for admission if seats are still vacant.
- The application will not be considered unless all answers are typewritten (or printed legibly), signed and dated.
