Candidates must note that along with the results 2024 the HP Board will also be releasing the passing percentage and topper's list for this year.
This year the HPBOSE Class 12 exams were conducted from 2 - 30 March, 2024. Approximately 85,000 students appeared for the exams.
Taking about last year passing percentage, the HPBOSE 2023 result for class 12 were announced on 20 May, 2023.
In HP Board 2023 class 12 exam, 105,369 students appeared for the examination, of which 83,418 passed the examination. Additionally, 13,335 students received the compartment status, while 8,139 students unfortunately failed.
HP Board Result 2023: Passing percentage
The Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education declared the results of the Class 12th examination last year, with a remarkable overall pass percentage of 79.4 percent.
HP Board result 2023: Class 12th Toppers List
- Science Stream Topper- Ojaswini Upamanyu secured the first position in the state with a score of 493 out of 500 (98.6 percent). She was a student of Ghanari Senior Secondary School in District Una.
- Commerce Stream Topper- Vrinda Thakur topped the Commerce stream by achieving a score of 492 marks out of 500 (98.4 percent). She was a student at Senior Secondary School Sarahan in Sirmaur district.
- Arts Stream Topper- In the Arts stream, four students shared the first position in the state, all scoring 487 marks out of 500 (97.4 percent). The top-ranking students in this stream were:
- Tarnija Sharma from DAV Senior Secondary School in Una.
- Divya Jyoti from Route Model Senior Secondary School in Karsog.
- Nupur Kaith from Senior Secondary School Portmore in Shimla.
- Jayesh from Senior Secondary School Jarwa Juneli in Sirmaur district.

- Firstly, candidates can visit the official Amar Ujala Results website at results.amarujala.com.
- Then, click on the 'Download HP Board Result 2024' link available on the home page.
- Now, enter your required credentials to log in to the website.
- The HP Board result 2024 for class 12 will be displayed on your computer screen.
- Finally, download and take a printout of the same for future reference.
